Penny End is an affordable self-catering cottage for 2 (+2) in Mosser, a short drive, walk or cycle from 5 amazing lakes, 6 Wainwright summits and only 3 miles from the picturesque market town of Cockermouth, making this an ideal base for couples or small families wishing to explore the Western lakes - fantastic walking and cycling straight from our doorstep.

Recently refurbished, Penny End consists of a comfortable kitchen-dining-living area with a woodburning stove, a second lounge area with work station upstairs, and a double bedroom. Additional sleeping can be provided in the upstairs lounge for up to 2 youngsters (sofabed and trundle bed). There is a downstairs bathroom and a shared sunny back garden. Sorry we do not accept pets.

The owners live in the adjoining house.
